Second only to Interbike, the Sea Otter Classic has become the hottest venue in North America for companies to launch new products and show off what is in store for the coming year. Road Bike Action was in attendance and got a glimpse of what is on the horizon for 2009 and 2010.

Norco CRR Team
After the demise of the Symmetrics cycling team, Norco decided to take a step back from the road market in 2009 and focus on rebuilding the brand for 2010. This might turn out to be one of the best moves they could have made. For 2010 Norco is releasing the CRR Team (final name has yet to be determined), which features a full monocque carbon frame and fork with integrated headset and BB30 bottom bracket. The Norco also features internal brake cable routing and integrated seatmast. Hopefully the striking black finish with silver graphics makes it to production.

The gloss black finish and silver graphics give the Norco and high-end and classy look.

Norco has embraced the future and will spec the CRR Team with a BB30 bottom bracket.

Vision TriMax Pro
The TriMax are Vision’s entry-level road wheel. The 30-millimeter aero-profile aluminum clincher rims are connected to aluminum hubs with sealed cartridge bearings hubs via Sapim straight pull aero spokes. The TriMax Pro wheelset feature a 20-spoke front wheel, with a 24-spoke rear. The TriMax Pros are available with either an aluminum Shimano or Campagnolo cassette body. The Trimax Pros weigh 1520-grams and will retail for $650.00.

The rear hub of the TriMax Pros feature the an aluminum cassette body with sealed cartridge bearings mated to straight pull aero spokes.

Vision TriMax Carbon
The TriMax carbons are designed to be the perfect combination of lightweight and aerodynamics. The TriMax Carbon rims feature a 50-millimeter deep profile and are 20.6 millimeters wide. The deep section rims are connected to white aluminum hubs with sealed cartridge bearings. Like the TriMax Pros, the TriMax carbons use straight pull Sapim aero spokes, and feature 20-spokes up front with 24-spokes in the rear. The TriMax Pros are available with either a Shimano or Campagnolo aluminum cassette body. The TriMax Carbons will retail for $1600.00 and weigh 1420-grams a set.

The TriMax Carbons feature striking white hubs with sealed cartridge bearings, and like the TriMax Pros use Sapim straight pull aero spokes.

Vision TriMax Ultimate
The TriMax Ultimate sit at the top of the TriMax line and feature a deep 88.1-millimeter profile. The deep section carbon rims are mated to the hubs via Sapim straight blade aero spokes. The-20 spoke front wheel features and carbon shelled hub, while the 24-spoke rear remains all aluminum. Like all the wheels in the TriMax line the TriMax Ultimates are available with either a Shimano or Campagnolo aluminum cassette body. Both hubs feature ceramic bearings. The TriMax Ultimates weigh 1730-grams a set and retail for $2000.00

Vision TriMax Disc
Despite being on forefront of triathlon and time trailing for the last fifteen years, the tubular only TriMax Disc is Vision’s first move into the highly competitive disc wheel market. The TriMax Disc features full carbon construction with a carbon fiber braking surface, aluminum flanged hub and sealed cartridge bearings. The TriMax Disc will the retail for $1700.00

Northwave Aerlite 3
Northwave's Aerlite 3 shoe has become a popular shoe in the professional peloton and is now available in “Arrest Me Red” for a little extra style. Redline Conquest 20
Redline has its eye on future cyclocross riders and its hoping to get them on their bikes early. For 2010 Redline is launching a 20-inch wheeled Conquest 20 with an aluminum frame, straight blade fork and alloy wheels. The Conquest 20 is equipped with a flat bar for better control and more upright position.
