I am building a light road bike and am wondering if the THM-Carbones Clavicula compact crank would be compatible with a Campagnolo 11-speed drivetrain – especially the chain?

The inside width of 10 and 11-speed chains are the same, and the outside width is so close that as long as your crankset is 10-speed compatible, it will also perform with an 11-speed chain.
